Responsibilities
Prepare ingredients and assist in meal assembly to ensure timely service during busy hours
Cook menu items with precision, following recipes and presentation standards to delight guests
Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, adhering to strict food safety protocols
Handle food with care, ensuring proper storage, handling, and sanitation practices are followed at all times
Support the kitchen team by completing prep work such as chopping, marinating, and portioning ingredients
Assist in maintaining inventory levels by rotating stock and notifying management of supply needs
Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure seamless food service and uphold quality standards
Qualifications
Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key!
Knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and food safety regulations is highly valued
Ability to handle food safely and maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
Robust attention to detail when preparing ingredients and cooking dishes
Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude in a fast-paced setting
Basic understanding of serving procedures and customer service principles is a plus
Willingness to work flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
