Responsibilities
Greet guests and visitors warmly upon arrival, providing exceptional customer service throughout their stay or visit
Manage check-in and check-out procedures efficiently using POS (Point of Sale) systems and other technology tools
Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties, ensuring proper documentation
Conduct product demonstrations or showcase available amenities to enhance guest experience
Maintain organized front desk operations by managing phone etiquette, scheduling, and record-keeping




Upsell services or products when appropriate to maximize revenue opportunities while prioritizing guest satisfaction
Monitor security protocols, including access control and CCTV surveillance, to ensure safety during overnight hours

Experience
Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, or technology sales is highly desirable
Demonstrated ability to perform basic math accurately and handle cash transactions confidently
Robust communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse guests
Familiarity with merchandising, POS systems, or cashiering processes is advantageous
Proven time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently during overnight shifts
Excellent phone etiquette and organizational skills to manage multiple responsibilities seamlessly
Technical sales experience or product demo expertise will be considered a robust asset
