Elevate care for children and youth as a Program Manager. This full time role requires leadership in service quality, team coordination, and compliance in British Columbia. As a Program Manager, you will oversee daily operations and provide supervision to employees within a child and youth service framework.
Your leadership will enhance person-centered planning, support multidisciplinary teams, and ensure compliance with CARF standards and regulatory requirements. Solid organizational skills and experience in navigating a unionized setting are essential. Key Responsibilities:
Lead staff supervision and performance evaluations
Develop person-centered service plans collaboratively
Coordinate the care team for holistic assessments
Build relationships with community partners and stakeholders
Ensure compliance with agency policies and quality standards Requirements:
Diploma in a related field or equivalent experience
At least three years of relevant leadership experience
Valid first aid and Class 5 driver’s license
Knowledge of trauma-informed care practices
