As a Craig Street line cook, you'll learn to prepare and cook top-notch food in a challenging, but highly rewarding and fun team setting!

The successful candidate will play a key role in contributing to our customer satisfaction and overall company goals.

Job Duties
Setting up and stocking stations with all necessary supplies
Preparing food for service (e.g. chopping vegetables, butchering meat, or preparing sauces)
Cooking menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen team
Answer, report and follow instructions
Clean up station and take care of leftover food
Stock inventory appropriately
Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely fashion
Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards




Maintain a positive and qualified approach with coworkers and customers

Job Requirements:
Cooking experience preferred
Understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures, or willingness to learn
Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks
Familiar with industry’s best practices
Physical ability to stand for long periods of time and lift 25lbs safely

Weekend and evening availability, and reliable transportation requires. Pay: $18.25-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30.0 – 40.0 per week
