Duties
Prepare ingredients and cook menu items with precision, speed, and consistency to meet quality standards
Follow recipes and portion controls to ensure uniformity across all dishes served
Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations in compliance with food safety regulations
Assist with food handling, storage, and inventory management to minimize waste and ensure freshness




Support the kitchen team during busy hours by efficiently managing multiple orders simultaneously
Ensure all food is cooked to the proper temperature and presented attractively before serving
Collaborate with front-of-house staff to deliver seamless food service experiences

Requirements
Previous food service experience or restaurant kitchen experience is highly preferred
Solid knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and food safety standards
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a quick-paced environment
Excellent understanding of food handling procedures and sanitation practices
Experience with meal preparation, serving, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness
Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to evolving kitchen needs
