Duties
Operate laundry machines and equipment to wash, dry, fold, and organize linens, clothing, and other textiles
Sort laundry items based on color, fabric type, and care instructions to prevent damage and ensure quality results
Maintain cleanliness of laundry areas by sanitizing machines, folding tables, and storage spaces regularly
Follow proper safety procedures when handling detergents, cleaning agents, and laundry equipment
Assist with general cleaning tasks around the facility to support overall hygiene standards
Keep accurate records of laundry loads processed and supplies used
Collaborate with team members to prioritize urgent laundry needs and ensure timely service delivery
Experience
Previous experience in hotel or hospitality laundry services is highly preferred
Familiarity with laundry equipment operation and maintenance
Basic knowledge of cleaning procedures and safety protocols in a healthcare or hospitality setting
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
Strong organizational skills with the ability to follow instructions precisely
