This position, reporting to the Site Manager, will involve working within a diverse community to assist individuals overcoming various challenges.

You will perform intakes, help guests access necessary services, and maintain a welcoming workplace. Availability for adaptable shifts, including days and nights, is essential for this casual role. Key Responsibilities:
Assist homeless adults and aid in daily supervision
Conduct guest intakes and maintain a protected space
Connect residents with public service agencies
Document and maintain required records accurately
Follow all health and safety requirements Requirements:
Relevant education or Grade 12 and 2 years relevant experience
Understanding of addiction and mental health resources
Current First Aid Level 1 Certificate
Strong organizational and communication skills
