Sheet Metal & HVAC Installation
Install, assemble, and modify commercial HVAC duct systems
Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and mechanical drawings
Complete installations according to code and project requirements
Maintain a high standard of workmanship and attention to detail
Collaborate with project managers, foremen, apprentices, and other trades
Mentor apprentices and support team development

General Responsibilities
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work workplace
Accurately report progress and communicate project needs
Help identify solutions to field challenges
Contribute to a positive team culture

Qualifications
Journeyperson Sheet Metal Worker Certificate
Commercial HVAC installation experience
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Valid Class 5 driver's licence
Clean driver's abstract considered an asset
