Oversee queue management for Microsoft DLP alerts
Support analysts with evidence collection and triage
Manage URL filtering policies and governance tasks
Drive operational excellence through review and tuning
Participate in Change Advisory Board to advocate for security needs
Requirements:
5+ years in cybersecurity or incident handling
Hands-on experience with DLP tools and Palo Alto profiles
Effective in communication and stakeholder engagement
Familiarity with change management in cybersecurity
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
