AM&RL; Holdings is currently seeking a skilled and dependable Heavy Equipment Operator to join our growing team.
We are looking for an experienced operator who is comfortable working with a variety of heavy equipment, including excavators, bulldozers, and fine graders. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of finish work, grading, and excavation, take pride in their work, and be able to operate equipment efficiently in a variety of job site conditions.
This is a full-time position offering Monday to Friday work, weekly pay, competitive wages, and a comprehensive benefits package.
The successful candidate will be responsible for operating heavy equipment safely and effectively while assisting with site preparation, excavation, grading, finish work, and other construction-related tasks. Applicants must be able to work independently as well as part of a team and maintain a professional attitude on all job sites.

Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Heavy Equipment Operator
Experience operating excavators, bulldozers, and fine graders
Experience with finish work and grading
Strong understanding of grading and excavation practices
Commitment to secure work practices
Ability to work Monday through Friday
Proper PPE required
Dependable and punctual
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Valid driver's license
