Collaborate closely with the Winter Sports School Supervisor to enhance guest satisfaction and achieve profitable outcomes. This role also involves administrative tasks and on-snow instruction as needed, contributing to a dynamic learning setting. Key Responsibilities:
Ensure student and guest safety during activities
Motivate and manage a robust team of instructors
Conduct morning meetings and oversee lesson organization
Assist with scheduling and office administration
Provide on-snow supervision and instruction

Requirements:
CSIA/PSIC/CASI Level 3 certification
Strong background in snow sports and Big Mountain culture
Solid grasp of instructional methodologies
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Robust English communication abilities
