Your role involves guiding departmental personnel and ensuring compliance with safety standards while actively collaborating with neighboring municipalities. Key Responsibilities:
Provide strategic leadership for fire and emergency services
Oversee fire suppression and emergency management coordination
Act as Community Emergency Management Coordinator
Support department personnel development and performance
Advise on service delivery and legislative requirements

Requirements:
Post-secondary education in Fire Services or related field
Minimum five years of leadership experience in fire services
Certifications: NFPA 1021, 1031, 1041, 1521
Valid Ontario DZ driver’s license
Knowledge of emergency management practices
