In this role, you will lead and support a crew on various active sites while maintaining a hands-on approach.

Must possess a Red Seal Journeyman ticket and demonstrate effective leadership of small teams. You'll coordinate daily execution with a focus on productivity, communication, and compliance with safety standards. Key Responsibilities:
Install, troubleshoot, and perform daily work with the team
Coordinate manpower, sequencing, and material requirements
Maintain high productivity and quality standards
Coach apprentices and junior electricians on best practices
Communicate site needs, progress, and constraints efficiently

Requirements:
Valid Red Seal Journeyman ticket
Proven leadership experience with small crews
Proficient in reading drawings and solving problems
Experience in residential condo current builds
Valid driver's license for Lower Mainland travel
