Your responsibilities will include ensuring group safety, developing treatment plans, and assisting with transitions to aftercare. Close collaboration with the Land Based Team Leader is crucial to ensure participants’ well-being and program success. Key Responsibilities:
Deliver and manage outdoor experiential learning programs
Teach wilderness skills while prioritizing group safety




Collaborate on personalized treatment plans for clients
Facilitate transitions to community aftercare services
Assist with program development and research initiatives

Requirements:
Relevant diploma in human services or outdoor leadership
Training and experience in mental health and addictions
Background in wilderness settings with at-risk groups
Valid Ontario ‘G’ driver’s license in positive standing
Solid written and verbal communication skills
