Responsibilities
Assist with site cleanup, debris removal, demo, and material handling to maintain a protected and organized workspace
Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment as needed to support daily operations
Support skilled tradespeople by preparing work areas
Operate basic hand tools and machinery following safety protocols to assist with construction tasks
Follow safety guidelines diligently, including wearing protective gear and reporting hazards immediately
Perform routine inspections of work areas to ensure cleanliness and safety standards are met

Experience




Previous experience in general labour or construction environments is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions with stamina and resilience
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety procedures
Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions accurately
Willingness to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
MANDATORY DRIVERS LICENSE
