• Support health care aides in resident care needs • Oversee medication assistance and documentation • Lead emergency response and incident reporting • Ensure compliance during audits and monitor safety practices • Foster emotional connections with residents and families
Requirements: • Graduate of a recognized LPN program • Registered with the College of Licensed Practical Nurses and Health Care Aides of Alberta • Valid First Aid and CPR Certification • Robust organizational and communication skills • Ability to remain calm under stress
