As a Host with Fit4Less, you'll welcome members and ensure a friendly atmosphere in our clubs. Your main duties include maintaining cleanliness standards, educating members about amenities, and promoting memberships. This role requires you to read and complete tasks on time while collaborating with management on customer service initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain cleanliness standards and tidy club areas
• Welcome members with friendly greetings and assistance
• Help members with membership inquiries and automation
• Complete daily, weekly, and monthly cleanliness tasks
• Report and address incidents using standard guidelines
Requirements:
• High School diploma or in progress
• 1 year of teamwork or volunteer experience
• WHMIS, First Aid, CPR-A & AED Certification
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to handle stress and meet expectations
