In this full-time position, you will assist in planning and facilitating activities tailored to residents' interests and care needs. You’ll collaborate with the Programs Manager and an interdisciplinary team to create a supportive environment. Documenting participation and outcomes while ensuring a clean and safe program area are essential responsibilities.

• Plan and facilitate recreational and social programs • Encourage resident social engagement and independence • Provide support during activities for individuals and groups • Document resident participation and track program outcomes • Assist with setup and cleanup of program areas
