We’re looking for an exceptional Head of Content to lead that transformation.

The Opportunity:

This is much more than running an editorial calendar.

You’ll become the senior editorial leader , setting the bar for everything the company publishes while building the team, formats and editorial systems required for its next stage of scale.

You will:

• Own the editorial vision and voice across multiple daily newsletters, social, guides, video (YouTube, IG, TikTok, etc) and emerging formats.
• Set an uncompromising standard for accuracy, storytelling, relevance and originality .
• Build and lead a world-class content organization , recruiting and developing outstanding writers, editors and producers.
• Coach writers on angle, structure, voice and storytelling — not simply line-edit their work.
• Help determine which AI stories genuinely matter , separating transformative developments from industry hype.
• Create and launch new formats, franchises and shows , developing an interconnected content ecosystem that compounds audience growth.
• Develop AI-native editorial workflows that enable the team to research,

• Work directly with senior leadership on editorial strategy, audience growth and future content products .

Who We’re Looking For:

You may currently be an Editor-in-Chief, Executive Editor, Managing Editor, Editorial Director or Head of Content within a respected technology publication, digital media company, newsletter business or creator-led organization.

You’ll bring:

• Exceptional editorial judgment and the ability to rapidly diagnose and improve a story.
• A genuine obsession with AI, emerging technology and where the industry is heading .
• Hands-on use of AI tools and LLMs as part of your everyday editorial workflow.
• Experience building and developing high-performing editorial teams .
• A sophisticated understanding of newsletters, audience development and digital distribution .
• The ability to maintain a distinctive editorial voice across multiple writers and formats.
• Strong instincts around social, video and next-generation media consumption .
• A builder’s mentality — excited by creating something new rather than simply maintaining an established publication.
