Automated Manufacturing Technician – High-Tech Production Team Location: Woodstock, ON
Base Pay: $25.00/hr + $1.00/hr Night Shift Premium
Shift Options: Day/Afternoon (2-week rotation) OR Straight Nights (Note: Candidates must be flexible to transition to straight nights upon permanent hire)

Responsibilities
Automated Equipment Operation: Partner with team members to run, monitor, and maintain high-tech machinery.
Precision Adjustments: Read and interpret digital machine outputs to adjust settings for quality control, tolerance thresholds, and variance management.
System Logging: Track and input real-time production statistics and operational metrics into computerized logging platforms.
Quality & Safety Checks: Perform thorough pre-operational cell inspections to ensure all equipment operates safely and efficiently.
Qualifications
Proven Track Record: Required experience working within a quick-paced manufacturing facility.
Technical Aptitude: Ability to read and execute standard visual work instructions accurately.
Core Competencies: Basic practical math skills, strong analytical thinking, and effective troubleshooting abilities.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong team-player mindset.
Bonus Assets: Experience with robotics or fully automated assembly lines is highly preferred.
Work Authorization: Must be legally entitled to work full-time in Canada.
