As a Skills Coach, you’ll inspire personal growth among Autistic individuals. You'll implement tailored coaching methodologies, develop lesson plans, and supervise Support Workers and Volunteers. This role demands a positive attitude and dedication to fostering skills through effective communication and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities: • Create lesson plans aligned with program needs • Deliver autism-informed coaching and support • Supervise Support Workers and Volunteers effectively • Ensure timely session management from start to finish • Maintain skilled relationships with families and participants
Requirements: • Minimum age of 16 years • At least 1 year coaching experience with youth • Valid Standard First Aid and CPR-C Certification • Clear criminal record check for employment • Must skate forwards and backwards for programs
