What You’ll Do

- Lead and support the team during assigned shifts
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience
- Ensure product quality, presentation, and freshness meet standards
- Maintain high standards for cleanliness, organization, and food safety
- Assign tasks and ensure team members complete their responsibilities
- Keep the team organized and efficient during busy periods
- Assist with cash handling and shift procedures
- Monitor product, ingredients, and packaging levels
- Lead opening and closing procedures
- Handle customer questions and concerns professionally
- Coach and provide feedback to team members when needed
- Communicate operational issues to the management team
- Lead by example and help create a positive team environment

What We’re Looking For

- Previous leadership or restaurant experience preferred
- Strong communication and customer-service skills
- Reliable, punctual, and responsible
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Comfortable leading a team in a fast-paced environment
- Able to make decisions and solve problems independently
- Strong attention to detail




- Willingness to coach and support team members

Schedule & Availability

This is a full time position, approximately 35–40 hours per week.

Strong preference will be given to candidates available for closing shifts:

- Monday–Wednesday: Available to close until 1:00 AM
- Thursday–Saturday: Available to close until 2:00 AM

Closing responsibilities include completing cleaning, restocking, food-safety procedures, cash/closing procedures, and ensuring the store is properly secured and ready for the next day.

Applicants should be comfortable working late-night closing shifts on a consistent basis.
