The City of Brooks requires one (1) Pool Shift Supervisor I, II, or III, in the Recreation Services Department, specifically within the Aquatics Division.

As the Pool Shift Supervisor I, II, or III, you will primarily be responsible for pool programming, instruction, pool operations, maintenance, custodial and troubleshooting techniques related to Aquatics. You will also assist the Aquatic Supervisor in the development and implementation of Aquatic programming. Completion of High School Diploma

- National Lifeguard Certificate
- National Lifesaving Instructor Certificate
- Water Safety Instructor Certificate




- Pool Operator Level 1 Certificate
- SCBA training and certification
- Previous supervisory experience or completion of related courses an asset
- WHMIS Certification is an asset. ~ Completion of a High School Diploma
- Must have one (1) of the following instructor certification: a) National Lifeguard Instructor; or c) Water Safety Instructor Trainer. Completion of a High School Diploma
- Must have all of the following instructor certifications: a) National Lifeguard Instructor; b) Water Safety Instructor Trainer
- SCBA training and certification
- The City of Brooks offers a competitive salary and benefits package with this position falling within the scope of the Collective Agreement between the City of Brooks and the Canadian Union of Public Employees Local 1032.

Level I: $26.50 to $28.97 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience

- Level II: $28.97 to $31.72 per hour, depending on qualification and experience
- Level III: $31.72 to $34.75 per hour, depending on qualification and experience. This is a full time position with shift, weekend, and overtime hours of work.
