We are looking for a Receiving/Shipping Agent to join the marshalling yard team, reporting to the marshalling yard logistics supervisor, with the mandate to help us with invoicing for vehicle receipts and shipments and coordinating with local and international carriers. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will have a direct impact on the smooth flow of our supply chain and the experience we offer our customers. Ensure compliance of carriers on site (C-TPAT, health and safety, etc.).

Support international sales administration (Valcourt, Querétaro, Juárez). Manage and invoice vehicle shipments to international markets. Carry out inventory of stock and non-stock receipts. YOU'LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES: Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Excel, Outlook, Teams).
