NTBC, a leader in land conservation since 1971, is seeking an experienced fundraiser to lead its annual giving efforts.

You will be instrumental in developing effective fundraising strategies aimed at increasing donor contributions and engagement. Your team-oriented spirit will enhance donor relationships and ensure that contributions significantly impact nature conservation efforts. Key Responsibilities:
Lead planning and execution of fundraising campaigns
Develop initiatives to boost donor retention and acquisition




Execute donor stewardship activities within established frameworks
Maintain outstanding customer service in donor communications
Collaborate on creation of fundraising materials Requirements:
Degree in relevant field or equivalent experience
At least 4 years in fundraising or related skills
Exceptional relationship-building abilities
Robust analytical and data management skills
