The Program

Specialist role involves designing, administering, and evaluating income security programs critical to residents. This position significantly influences program delivery staff and recipients, ensuring effective support systems are in place. Develop legislative and operational frameworks for income security programs
Interpret policies and guidelines to support program delivery

Requirements:
Relevant post-secondary degree and 2 years’ experience in income security
Familiarity with public sector practices and policies
Solid research and analysis skills
Proven project management experience
Ability to write original reports and proposals
