Responsibilities
Assist customers in selecting the right car for their needs and budget
Conduct test drives and provide product demonstrations
sell additional features, accessories, and service packages
Provide sales support by answering customer inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns
Negotiate pricing and financing options to close sales
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
Collaborate with the sales management team to meet sales targets
Stay up to date with product knowledge and industry trends
Requirements: -VSA Licence, a positive attitude, and the willingness to learn is a must!
Previous experience in car sales or a similar role preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Multilingual abilities are a plus
Strong negotiation skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced setting and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Knowledge of dealership operations and sales processes
Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools
Exceptional phone etiquette and customer service skills
Highly organized with attention to detail
