Become a Journeyman CNC Machinist Programmer with Ideal Gear & Machine Works. Excel in multi-axis programming and ensure product precision in manufacturing workflows. Part of the Boundary Mining Group, Ideal Gear is looking for experienced machinists. You will operate CNC and multi-axis machines, ensuring quality through GibbsCam programming and exact setup. Attention to detail and specification adherence will drive success in this role. Key Responsibilities:
Operate multi-axis machining centers efficiently
Program machines using GibbsCam techniques
Set up and run CNC lathes and mills
Read detailed engineering documentation
Monitor and report any deviations

Requirements:
Red Seal Machinist certification preferred
Expertise in multi-axis machine operations
Experience with measuring instruments is essential
Familiarity with Okuma and WFL machinery is a plus
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
