Duties
Deliver engaging, in-person tutoring sessions tailored to each student’s individual needs and learning style
Assist students with homework, test preparation, and understanding core concepts across multiple subjects
Create a supportive environment that encourages questions, curiosity, and active participation
Track student progress and communicate effectively with parents or guardians about achievements and areas for improvement
Develop customized lesson plans and educational activities to enhance learning outcomes
Maintain a safe, respectful, and engaging classroom atmosphere at all times
Collaborate with other educators or program coordinators to ensure consistent support for students’ academic growth
Experience
Prior experience in tutoring, teaching, or working with children is highly preferred
Solid communication skills to clearly explain concepts and motivate students
Classroom experience that demonstrates the ability to manage diverse learning needs effectively
Passion for education and helping students succeed in their academic journeys
Ability to adapt teaching methods based on individual student requirements and feedback
