Embark on a fulfilling journey with PRT as a full time Grower 2 at our Vernon, BC nursery, starting March 2027. This role is integral to producing effective forest seedlings. As a Grower 2, you will engage in essential nursery practices aimed at high-quality seedling production.

Candidates should have a desire for continuous learning, the ability to work independently, and flexibility for weekend shifts. You will be part of a cooperative team dedicated to environmental stewardship. Key Responsibilities:
Operate climate control and irrigation systems
Monitor seedling health and maintain records
Train seasonal staff on nursery practices
Conduct insect and disease inspections
Clean and maintain irrigation equipment

Requirements:
Background in nursery settings
Familiarity with greenhouse equipment
Driver’s License and reliable transport
Communicative and organizational skills
