Prepare samples for microbiological testing
Assist in microbial isolation and enumeration
Conduct analyses for pH and moisture content

Requirements:
Two-year community college program in science
Up to one year of lab experience
Understanding of QA/QC and safety practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Capability to lift up to 30 lbs
