Best Western Plus, Fergus is a reputable and welcoming hotel committed to providing a clean, comfortable, and enjoyable stay for all our guests. We are currently seeking reliable and detail-oriented individuals to join our housekeeping team.
Key Responsibilities:
Clean guest rooms, hallways, and public areas to hotel standards
Change bed linens, replace towels, and restock guestroom amenities
Vacuum carpets, dust furniture, and sanitize bathrooms
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor
Ensure all assigned rooms are completed within shift timeframe
Follow health and safety guidelines and company policies
Maintain cleaning equipment and storage areas in a clean, orderly condition
Requirements:
Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred (not mandatory – training provided)
Solid attention to detail and time management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Physical ability to stand,
lift, and bend for extended periods
Availability to work weekends and holidays as needed
Must reside in Guelph, Fergus, or be willing to relocate
Legally eligible to work in Canada
