In this part time role, reporting to the Recreation Manager, you will assist in crafting and implementing programs that enrich the lives of elderly residents.

The position calls for proficiency in maintaining records and effective communications with residents and their families. Your enthusiasm for working with seniors will be key in facilitating joyful and meaningful experiences. Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate on program planning with the Recreation Manager
Keep accurate records of resident participation
Communicate effectively about events and activities




Facilitate resident outings and support assessments
Assist with daily program evaluations and meal services

Requirements:
Diploma in Recreation, Gerontology, or related field
Experience working with seniors is necessary
Competency in Microsoft Office suite
Valid driver’s license to transport residents
Background check and related certifications required
