Manage maintenance teams at six rural healthcare centers focused on compliance and efficiency. In this key managerial role, you will direct approximately 25 skilled trades and maintenance workers in the upkeep and operation of healthcare facilities.

You are accountable for ensuring that all operations adhere to ABSA and OHS regulations while implementing maintenance programs that align with industry standards. Enhancing energy efficiency and sustainability will also be part of your duties. Key Responsibilities:
Lead maintenance and operations for rural health centers
Manage staff hiring, training, and performance review




Develop energy-productive operational practices
Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations
Interact with various organizational stakeholders

Requirements:
Degree, diploma, or trade certification necessary
5 years of management experience in building systems
Unionized management experience preferred
Highly skilled in maintenance management software
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
