We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Housekeeper/Cleaner to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities
Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living areas, and common areas
Ensure all surfaces are dusted, vacuumed, mopped, and sanitized according to established standards
Manage laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothing and linens
Prepare and assist with light cooking tasks when required to support client needs
Organize cleaning supplies and maintain inventory levels to ensure efficient workflow
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their preferences and address any special requests or concerns
Adhere to health and safety protocols to maintain a clean and hazard-free environment
Requirements
Proficiency in English; knowledge of French is a plus for communication with diverse clients
Previous experience in residential cleaning or hospitality environments is preferred
Robust organizational skills with excellent time management abilities to complete tasks efficiently
Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
Knowledge of cleaning techniques, laundry procedures, and basic cooking skills
Exceptional customer service and communication skills to build positive relationships with clients
Reliable, punctual, and dedicated with a strong work ethic
