This role suits individuals with at least two years of billing operations experience and a strong background in Microsoft Excel and SQL. Key Responsibilities: • Process invoices while adhering to established SLAs • Ensure accuracy of resident bills according to cycles • Set up recent accounts for billing and settlements • Resolve billing discrepancies collaboratively • Identify opportunities to streamline billing operations
Requirements: • University degree or equivalent certification • Minimum 2 years in billing operations • Basic SQL knowledge required • Advanced Excel skills (Pivots, VLOOKUP) • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
