We are seeking a motivated and energetic Kitchen Helper/Cook to join our team! Must be an early riser with the ability to work independently as well within a team environment. In this role, you will be assisting with food preparation, including but not limited to making salads, salad fillings, slicing fruit, cutting onions, making sandwiches, fruit, dessert and vegetables trays for catering orders.

Duties
Assist with food preparation and tray assembly, following established recipes and standards
Prepare products efficiently while maintaining high quality and presentation
Handle food safely by adhering to proper storage, sanitation, and hygiene practices
Maintain cleanliness of kitchen workstations, utensils, and equipment throughout shifts
Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working setting for everyone
Qualifications
Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential
Knowledge of food handling procedures and food safety standards
Ability to perform basic cooking tasks and assist with meal preparation
Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive attitude toward kitchen duties
Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift moderate loads as needed
Basic familiarity with kitchen equipment and sanitation practices
