You’ll be responsible for maintaining application service quality and transforming business needs into technical requirements. Key aspects include incident coordination, change management, and overseeing vendor performance to ensure compliance with judicial standards. Key Responsibilities:
Lead transition to a unified ITSM framework
Coordinate major incident resolutions affecting court operations
Facilitate minimal-risk updates to legacy systems
Document complex requirements gathered from end-users
Monitor external and internal service delivery against SLAs
Requirements:
Experience in application analysis or management
Knowledge of ITSM processes like ServiceNow or Jira
Familiarity with data governance and security protocols
Solid communication skills for stakeholder engagement
