Duties
Assist with food preparation by washing, peeling, chopping, and organizing ingredients for meal service
Support cooking activities under supervision, ensuring food is prepared according to safety standards and recipes
Maintain cleanliness of kitchen workstations, utensils, and equipment to uphold food safety regulations
Help with food handling tasks such as storing ingredients properly and rotating stock to minimize waste
Follow all food safety protocols, including proper hygiene practices and sanitation procedures




Contribute to a positive team workplace by communicating effectively and supporting kitchen operations during busy hours

Skills
Previous restaurant or food service experience is preferred but not required; eagerness to grow in the food industry is essential
Knowledge of food handling safety standards and sanitation practices
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
Strong teamwork skills with excellent communication abilities
Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform manual tasks such as lifting and moving supplies
Familiarity with meal preparation, food safety regulations, and kitchen equipment is a plus
