CoreFactor seeks a Senior Finance Consultant for a pivotal role in managing Zoho to NetSuite migration in the GTA. This hybrid position emphasizes dual systems operation and reconciliation expertise. In this contract role, you'll be at the forefront of the ERP transition, tasked with handling various accounting activities across both Zoho and NetSuite.
Your responsibilities will include daily reconciliations, ensuring accurate financial data, and supporting the month-end close process during a crucial migration phase. Your coordination with vendor teams is vital for success. Key Responsibilities:
Manage transactions across GL, AR, and AP in both systems
Conduct day-to-day reconciliations of financial movements
Compile weekly reconciliation summary packs
Validate and cleanse data for migration processes
Ensure compliance with monthly Canadian tax filings Requirements:
Skilled accounting designation (CPA preferred)
Experience in complete accounting processes
Familiarity with Canadian tax regulations
Excellent skills in reconciliation practices
