FULL TIME OR PART TIME AVAILABLE
Perform plumbing, electrical, painting, wallpapering, etc. work, according to the hotel's standards and norms;
Caulking & Grout experience
Perform a general tour of the hotel to check lighting, change bulbs and make repairs;
Respond to customer service requests (heating, air conditioning problems, etc.);
Perform various repairs in rooms;
Inspect ventilation units on roofs, exhausts and air inlets;
Check the exterior of the building;
Maintain the swimming pool; Pool Experience is MUST
Perform preventive maintenance work;
Any other related tasks.

Pay: $17.60-$18.60 per hour
