Position Summary Under the direct supervision of the Floor Manager, Table Games or Shift Manager, Table Games, this position is responsible for providing dealing services to customers while contributing to a secure and welcoming work environment for all team members.

Ensures adherence to the Company's policies and procedures, motivates and leads by example and supports Excellent Canadians learning environment while establishing a safe and welcoming work workplace for all team members.

Key Accountabilities
Deals card games
Maintains the security of the table and its float
Controls the table in the correct order of play; closes bets at the appropriate time
Refers disputes, irregularities or suspicious activities to the Manager
Verifies chip refills and credits
Tidies workstation and pit area
Communicates effectively with all appropriate operational departments
Builds strong working relationships with guests and team members




Ensures compliance with licensing laws, health and safety and other statutory regulations
Performs other duties as assigned or directed

Education And Qualifications
Must be available to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, overnights and holidays
One year professional Card Dealer experience
Serving it Right Certificate
Other languages an asset
Ability to successfully obtain a Gaming License

Work Environment Considerations Regular casino environment, standing for long periods of time, dealing cards for long periods of time and non-traditional work hours
