Raise is seeking a Senior Functional Analyst in Calgary, Alberta, to support the Enspire applications and drive innovations in Alberta’s electricity market. Use your electric utility expertise to influence significant market operations. This role involves leading stakeholder engagements and translating complex business needs into functional specifications.

You will also manage Agile processes and ensure effective testing and issue resolution throughout the implementation phase, promoting cross-functional collaboration with technical teams and vendors. Key Responsibilities:
Facilitate consensus across stakeholder priorities in workshops
Create explicit functional requirements based on business needs
Support Scrum delivery processes and sprint management




Establish process diagrams to guide solution design
Maintain comprehensive documentation for functional specifications

Requirements:
Over 10 years of business analysis experience
Proficient understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies
Solid experience with APIs and data structures
Familiarity with JavaScript and Python applications
