About Tokyo Express

Tokyo Express is a quick-casual Japanese restaurant group with multiple locations across the Edmonton area. We are committed to serving fresh, high-quality Japanese food with rapid, friendly service.

We are currently looking for reliable and experienced Crew Members to join our teams in Spruce Grove.

The Role

As a Crew Member, you will be part of a fast-paced restaurant team responsible for preparing quality food, serving customers, and maintaining a clean and organized restaurant.

We are looking for individuals who are dependable, hardworking, and comfortable working in a high-volume environment.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and assemble menu items according to Tokyo Express recipes and portion standards
Take customer orders and operate the POS/cash register accurately
Provide fast, friendly, and professional customer service
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, service area, and dining room
Follow food safety, sanitation, and hygiene requirements
Restock ingredients, packaging, and supplies throughout the shift
Assist with receiving, organizing,



and storing inventory deliveries
Support team members during busy service periods
Complete assigned opening and closing duties
Follow all Tokyo Express operational and food quality standards

What We're Looking For
Previous restaurant, quick-service, or fast-food experience preferred
1 year of restaurant experience is an asset
Comfortable working in a quick-paced, high-volume environment
Strong attention to food quality, cleanliness, and accuracy
Reliable, punctual, and able to work well as part of a team
Food Handler Certification is an asset or willingness to obtain upon hire
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Ability to communicate effectively in English
Legally entitled to work in Canada
