Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly upon arrival and manage waitlists with enthusiasm and professionalism
Escort guests to their tables promptly, ensuring comfort and satisfaction from the moment they arrive
Communicate effectively with servers, kitchen staff, and management to coordinate seating and service flow
Maintain cleanliness of host stand area, dining room entrances, and waiting areas to uphold hygiene standards
Handle guest inquiries courteously,
providing information about menu items or restaurant policies
Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are consistently met throughout your duties
Skills
Proven experience in food service or hospitality environments, including restaurant or hotel settings
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and positively with diverse guests
Knowledge of food handling, preparation, and safety protocols to support kitchen operations
Experience in serving, cashiering, or barista roles is advantageous for versatile support roles
Excellent cleaning and sanitation practices to maintain a safe dining workplace
Effective teamwork skills with the ability to coordinate seamlessly between front-of-house and kitchen staff
Hospitality background that emphasizes guest services and creating welcoming atmospheres
Pay: $18.25 per hour
