As a Product Specialist, you'll act as a bridge between the technical details of our products and our clients' needs, ensuring effective onboarding and integration.

Collaborating closely with the Sales and Product teams, you'll conduct product demonstrations and train clients while collecting vital customer feedback to guide product improvements. Your analytical skills will directly impact the effectiveness of our solutions in the out-of-home media market. Key Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging technical product demonstrations
Train clients, both online and in person




Assist Sales with technical evaluations and RFPs
Manage customer onboarding and integration projects
Provide troubleshooting and technical support

Requirements:
College degree in Computer Science or related field
Proficiency with Windows, Linux, and System on Chip devices
Understanding of APIs and data integration concepts
Fluent in French and English; Spanish desirable
