As part of the Aerospace Canada team, you will engage in supervising financial activities, empowering two staff members, and overseeing strategic financial planning and forecasting.

You will coach production partners to enhance their understanding of financial impacts on operations, while leading initiatives for governance support and process improvements. Key Responsibilities:
Engage in month-end financial processes and budgeting
Mentor production partners on financial evaluations
Provide governance support for VP needs through presentations
Assess Master Schedule scenarios for financial ramifications
Drive process improvement initiatives and perform ad-hoc analyses

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
CPA certification is mandatory
Eight years of relevant financial experience
Proficient in MS Office, Power BI, and SAP
Robust communication skills in both French and English
