Join AgeCare as a Health Care Aide and deliver essential care while supporting residents' well-being. Collaborate with the care team to enhance comfort through attentive, secure service. This role involves working under the supervision of a Staff Nurse, ensuring that individual residents receive the personalized care they need.

You'll focus on tasks including bathing, transferring, and assisting with meals while adhering to safety protocols. Your compassion will not only promote comfort but also make a significant difference in their daily lives. Key Responsibilities:
Bath and wash residents with attention to comfort
Assist with resident transfers using safety equipment
Feed residents during meals and provide dietary support
Deliver routine treatments under nurse supervision
Support residents in daily activities and outings

Requirements:
Minimum one year experience in continuing care
Certification in Personal Care Aide or equivalent
Fluent in English, both written and spoken
Active registration with appropriate health agencies
Post-secondary education is preferred
