As part of the kitchen team, your primary responsibility is to assist in the team in the kitchen to ensure food orders are filled in a timely and efficient manner. You must be able to follow Ajisen’s standardized processes to ensure high food quality and consistency.

Responsibilities:
Operate an industrial dishwasher
Clean and maintain kitchen in practicing good safety and sanitation
Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
Food prep as needed

Requirements

Experience
No prior experience required, will train.

Skills and Qualifications
Food handler or equivalent certifications is a plus
Must be able to work in a quick-paced workplace and be a team player

Physical Demands
Ability to work long shifts (8, 10 or 12 hours) that include standing, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
Ability to work in extreme temperatures (hot and cold)
Be able to lift items up-to 40 lbs

Job Types: Full time, Part-time Pay: $17.60 per hour
