We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Full Time Welder to join our energetic manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for fabricating, assembling, and repairing metal components with precision and efficiency. Responsibilities
Perform MIG (Metal Inert Gas) to join metal parts according to detailed blueprints and schematics
Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints to ensure accurate fabrication and assembly
Utilize hand tools, power tools, plasma cutters, press brake machines, and other equipment to shape, cut, and assemble metal components
Measure materials with calipers, tape measures, and other precision tools to ensure proper fitment
Apply mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot issues during fabrication or assembly processes
Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety protocols at all times

Requirements




Proven experience in welding, including MIG , within a manufacturing or construction environment
Robust understanding of blueprint reading, schematics, and technical drawings
Knowledge of rigging, crane operation, machining, ductwork fabrication, and assembly processes is highly desirable
Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, plasma cutters, press brake machines, and other fabrication equipment safely
Mechanical aptitude with basic math skills for measurements and calculations during fabrication tasks
Familiarity with schematics related to welding projects and manufacturing layouts
Prior construction experience or working knowledge of welding in industrial settings is a plus
Valid certification in welding or related fields is preferred but not mandatory
